Both the director and the manager were kind, and above all, I trusted them because they said they only do noses! I was a little worried when they do all kinds of other surgeries too, but here it's a clinic focused on noses, so they don't do surgeries other than noses. I was satisfied with the service part too, and I liked that the director was so thorough.
