I went for a consultation because of a deviated septum + cosmetic concerns. The director was kind and explained things in detail, so I was satisfied with the consultation. However, they said I might need donor cartilage / autologous costal cartilage, didn't recommend silicone, and recommended autologous dermis instead. The consultation manager was also kind, but what they said was a bit different from the director's, so my trust in them dropped a little.
