The director looked at my eyes very carefully and explained everything about what surgical method would be best. But after I listened to it all, they calmly explained why it would actually be better not to have surgery. Honestly, I was a bit flustered. At other hospitals, they try to persuade you by saying they’ll do it for you. But here, without any of that, they spoke honestly. So I trusted them more. I felt a bit confused, but I think it still gave me a chance to think more deeply about the surgery. Anyway, in my view, this place seems okay. It felt kind of like a master craftsperson.
