The calm indoor atmosphere and the comfortable way the consultation manager responded left an impression on me. I felt a little disappointed that my consultation with the director didn't go deeply enough into the direction I wanted for my nose, but I liked that we were on the same page about the big picture: that the tip is important and it shouldn't change again.
