I had rhinoplasty more than 10 years ago. It was done without using ear cartilage, and at first it looked pretty, but gradually the nasal tip got pushed upward and became blunt. Even at first, it was done naturally so it didn’t look obvious that I had surgery, but now it looks even less like a surgically done nose, and the nasal tip is gradually turning up. Where would be good for revision surgery so it looks natural and pretty? Celebrities HyunA, Taeyeon, and Goo Hara also seem to have had rhinoplasty, and I want that kind of nose shape
