I absolutely didn't want an implant, so I only had the tip cartilage tied. The surgery ended without any problems, but I hope you don't have overly high expectations about the cartilage-tying surgery itself. And I was so glad that they didn't overpush anything. I really regret not having had alar reduction because they said I didn't need it... I'm looking into alar reduction now... Still, I trust the doctor, so if I have revision surgery, I think I'll come here.
