The nose is pretty, but it's hard. That's the biggest regret It's a bit pointy, so it shows, but I like that the bulbous-nose feeling is gone haha I had it done with septal cartilage and didn't use ear cartilage. But I was satisfied with my nose here and then got liposuction, and this one is serious Sigh... my pants fit the same as before... nothing changed, and all I got was a scar
