I went because I was looking into my first nose surgery and wanted to consult after seeing it on YouTube. Since it was my first nose surgery, the manager said she would explain things first to help me understand the doctor's consultation, and she explained everything in detail. After that I consulted with the doctor, and it was similar to what the manager had explained, with just a little more added. The consultation was extremely kind and good, and I was more drawn to this place than the other places I had consulted, but there are a lot of negative comments in the reviews, so I'm worried
