I think this is a hospital people look into at least once when doing online research. The consultant was kind and took care of things thoroughly, and maybe because I had seen the director on YouTube, I felt a sort of inner familiarity. After listening to the explanation, I thought they must really have a lot of surgical experience, and they explained the bones in great detail, so I learned things I hadn't known before. However, maybe because it is a large hospital, the consultation wasn't long or very detailed; it was just so-so. There seemed to be many patients waiting after me, and everyone looked busy, so I don't think I was able to ask many questions. Still, I felt they were encouraging me a bit to make a reservation, so I said I'd think about it and left.
