It is an open approach, and for an implant-free nose, they use the nasal septum for the nasal tip; if that is insufficient, they use ear cartilage. For the nasal bridge, they use periosteum and soft tissue from behind the ear. If you want functional nose surgery, there is a CT fee of 24,000 won. Among 8 places, this was the only hospital that suggested nasal bridge osteotomy.
