The manager gives the impression of promoting the clinic during the consultation, and keeps changing what they say, which made me feel a bit put off. The director showed me a virtual plastic surgery simulation on a tablet using something like Photoshop, which was nice because I could see what it would look like. But they were conservative about CCTV and recording, so I wasn't really drawn to it.
