I said I’d been having a really hard time with revisional nose surgery and still was, and they told me not to worry because they had a lot of experience with revisional nose surgery. That one sentence made me trust them even more. After the director’s consultation, I had a final consultation with the manager, and there was no pressure to book; they summarized what the director had said and really empathized with my position, which I was so grateful for. I’m planning to discuss it once more with my parents before deciding.
