First, they take a few photos, then the consultation proceeds when the director comes in. Maybe because the director came after surgery and was tired, their voice was quiet and gentle, so it was hard to hear and you really have to concentrate.
They explain things like the position of the bone around the eyebrow area (sunken/protruding), the distance between the eyes and eyebrows, the amount of fat, and hidden creases. For the surgery, they don’t say things like it absolutely has to be done with an incision; instead, they recommend the surgical method by saying an incision would be a little more advantageous, while still leaving options open, so there was no forcing of a specific surgical method.
There were parts that felt professional, such as explaining the original inner double-eyelid line and how much improvement could be expected depending on how the line is set.
They asked if I had any questions, so I asked one, but they left abruptly without checking whether I had anything else I was curious about, so that part was a bit disappointing.
After the director left, the general manager explained how things would proceed, checked and answered any questions, gave the price information, then checked dates and it ended. When I asked something, there were times they answered before hearing the end of phrases like “is it...?”, so it didn’t feel completely unhurried, but overall they were kind. There are many plastic surgery clinics with no consultation fee, and this one does charge a consultation fee, but it’s 5,000 won, so I didn’t feel much resistance to it.
