1. Consultation The female manager was so kind and made me feel comfortable? At other places there was a slight sense of pressure, like they just wanted to push me into booking, but here it really felt like talking to a trustworthy older sister.
2. Director The director explained things in detail and answered every question one by one, which made me trust them and feel good. I was really satisfied.
3. Staff The staff were all proactive and kind.
There was nothing I especially disliked, but just in case I lowered my expectation by one notch. Everything was really satisfying, so I decided to go here.
