The director was very kind. After a short consultation with the director, I talked for a long time with the manager. I said I’d think about the reservation a bit more and contact them later, but they kind of spoke as if I should make the reservation and leave now, so that felt a bit pressuring But the part where they make the silicone specifically to fit my nose and insert that did make me trust them.
