I had surgery on my nasal bridge and nasal tip about 5 years ago. Silicone was used for the nasal bridge, and artificial septal material (Medpor) was used for the nasal tip. I still don’t have nasal tip drooping or anything like that, but because of the septal material it feels hard, so I can’t make a pig nose. The side profile came out prettily as a semi-ski-slope shape, but since I originally had a short upturned nose, I’m a bit disappointed with the front view
