I went for eye and nose consultation!! (Since it was just a consultation, I entered the expected surgery rating arbitrarily!!)
First of all, the consultation manager was incredibly kind, and unlike the usual managers at other plastic surgery clinics who can feel a bit heavy or overly seasoned, I could consult comfortably. Before speaking with the director, I was able to ask about basic things, and the explanations were very detailed and based on their own experience having had surgery themselves, which built trust.
After finishing with the manager, I had the director consultation, and they looked at the CT images and my face directly and told me which items they recommended! Both Director Seo Seung-jo and Director Lim Seong-yoon were gentle and thorough, explaining each question one by one. I went with my parents, and even my parents said they trusted both directors and gave permission for the surgery. I had read reviews saying the directors were blunt, so I was worried, but they asked at the beginning, What kind of nose would you like? and then calmly explained the parts that seemed concerning and how the surgery would proceed.
After the director consultation and surgery discussion, the recommended procedures were explained again carefully during the final consultation with the manager. The price was also reasonable compared with the hospital where I had surgery before, and I liked that I could feel they considered the patient in areas like aftercare and A/S compared with other hospitals.
In the end, I left having already reserved the surgery date!! I recommend it to people who want a consultation without pressure!! Both the manager consultation and the director consultation were positive experiences.
