About 4 years ago, I had a surgery to remove the hump, raise the nasal tip, and increase the bridge with silicone. After the nose surgery, the implant wobbled, so a year later I had revision surgery to secure the silicone again. It's been about 5 years now, and I don't know whether the silicone broke somewhere in the middle connecting the nose and the tip or what... but as the tip sags, the silicone lifts in the middle part, making the contour of the silicone stand out, and only one side of the tip sags, so the asymmetry is severe. I'm now looking into revision surgery.
