The manager is so nice, and they pointed out exactly what I wanted. I had a consultation with the chief director, but they came right after surgery and wrapped up the consultation quickly in under 5 minutes. They said aftercare is for 1 year. They said there was no price discount because it was the chief director, but if I left a deposit that day, they would give some discount.
