I went in for alar reduction consultation and got an overall nose consultation. They used septal cartilage, silicone for the bridge, and alar reduction. The price was 2.5 million won, and it included stitch removal and one session of skin care as a free service. My only concern was my nose, but the consultation manager said it might be better to do the chin and forehead together too, so I ended up confused
