Eye Surgery Reviews

After the lower canthoplasty, the shape itself turned out beautifully. I had asymmetrical eyes, but the symmetry came out well too. It was done in a way that wasn’t excessive and still suited me well. I wanted to do the inner canthoplasty too, but they advised against it. They didn’t force unnecessary surgery. If they had told me to do the inner canthoplasty too, I was already wavering and would have been tempted, but looking back now, if I had done it, my life would have really been ruined... However, the aftercare after surgery was really poor. They said the doctor who performed the surgery was on vacation, but in fact the hospital had already moved elsewhere. For a while after the lower canthoplasty, my eyelashes were turning inward, which scratched my cornea and I had ophthalmology treatment for a month. The eye doctor got angry and asked who on earth had done eye surgery like that. They said the only options were to pull out all the eyelashes or undo the surgery. The coordinator said it was nothing serious, and I was depressed for a while, wondering if I would have to live forever with my eye being stabbed by eyelashes, but thankfully it did come back, though not completely, so I still can’t wear lower mascara. [Conclusion] The shape was really done beautifully, but the aftercare was lacking. Be careful, because if a complication happens, they may just wash their hands of it.
