Semi-out, upper canthoplasty, incision, fat removal I said I came because I wanted a semi-out shape, and they said it was possible, but because there is a lot of upper fat and it gets compressed, they would need to remove fat through an incision. They said the inner canthoplasty wasn’t necessary and only recommended upper canthoplasty. The manager was kind. I saw the director for about 5 minutes; when I said I was considering two line options, they carefully designed both.
