During the in-person consultation, he designed the line and diagnosed incision, fat removal, and ptosis correction, but throughout the consultation I felt like he had somewhere he needed to hurry off to (like he was trying to end the consultation quickly). In short, I got the impression that there was a gap from YouTube. I expected the doctor, not the consultant, to explain the surgical method in detail, so I was very disappointed about this.
The consultant was really kind, the price was also an event price and the cheapest compared with other places, and I liked that they didn’t pressure me too much to book. It was also quiet without crowds of people waiting at the front desk, and the atmosphere felt like they were focusing on me at my reserved time, which was another advantage.
Disappointment with the doctor consultation vs. trust because of the doctor’s extensive eye surgery experience and because the hospital itself is an eye-surgery-specialized hospital I really struggled between these two. If I had only gotten a good impression from the consultation, I would have chosen them without any hesitation. The reviews in this community were also so good that I agonized over it until the very end, but in the end I booked at another hospital where I got a good impression during the doctor consultation.
