They weren’t very kind during the consultation. They did explain things in detail, though. Since it’s a private clinic, it isn’t very big. They explained the surgical process in detail. They also explained well what I would look like after it was done. It’s a bit inconvenient that there is no separate parking lot, so I have to park in a nearby public lot.
