The doctor kindly explained the structure of my nose by drawing a picture, and also explained what a perichondrium is, and told me to ask anything if I was curious. But the one thing that stuck in my memory was that I had shaved down my nasal hump, so when I said I didn't know what the shape would look like if it were removed..., he said, "Well, I don't know either." He said that even he didn't know, so how could I know? Personally, I thought he would explain the surgical direction in cases like that, but then he just said, "It probably wasn't shaved down much~" and that was it... I felt embarrassed. The manager who did the consultation wasn't all that friendly either.
