I went for a nose surgery consultation. I’m a bit of an unusual case, and I wanted my nose to be higher like a foreigner’s. But the director looked at it and said it was possible. Honestly, the way they said everything seemed possible made me not trust it completely. Still, my nose is a bit wide, so they suggested narrowing it, adjusting the nose length, and even doing the columella with an open approach, so the price was also high. Looking at other people’s photos, there weren’t dramatic changes, but my nose is such a big complex for me that I wanted to do it... The director has a lot of experience and is older, so there is a sense of trust that comes from experience more than others. They also don’t lie, but they do seem a bit overconfident. Since it’s a place famous for revisions, I’m a first-time surgery case, but I plan to do it here. Maybe because I’m a first-time patient, they spoke in a way that felt very confident and like they could do anything (?) Anyway, this is now my top choice for nose surgery. Before scheduling, I’m going to prepare more, get another consultation, and decide after a second consultation! That’s it for the first consultation. I’ll share more after the second one
