Review of Goksaem

I had surgery on December 30, 2020, at the end of last year. I am recovering very well without a single instance of inflammation. As you can tell if you've seen the posts I wrote here before, after repeated contracture and repeated reconstructive surgeries, the cartilage inside melted away and was literally dripping out like pus, causing nasal deformity. Fortunately the inflammation stopped, but my nose contracted and it became so hard to breathe that my wish was simply to be able to breathe comfortably again, even more than caring about appearance. I kept thinking maybe this would be the last surgery, but the inflammation kept recurring, and I became physically and mentally exhausted. I wondered if I might not even be able to get up from the operating table after another reconstructive surgery, and I also thought maybe it would be okay just to keep living like this. In the end I decided to treat it as the last chance and spent 3 years looking for a hospital specializing in reconstruction. Even famous hospitals said it was difficult and turned me down, and if they seemed too confident I didn't trust them. Then I met Goksaem, who realistically proposed what could be improved and suggested that instead of rushing into surgery, we should be careful about inflammation and proceed safely in stages rather than trying to get everything done in one shot. That made me trust them even more, so I decided to have the surgery there. I had posted here before too, but since there aren't many people sharing long-term results, I'm leaving another post. Goksaem is still as consistent as ever, and now I visit the hospital once or twice a week, then once a month, and now once every two months. From dressing changes to detailed consultations afterward and even future plans, everything is checked carefully, so it feels like I'm visiting a friendly neighbor. The nurses are like older sisters too During my consultation, they said I would need to have the surgery in stages, so I was already expecting 2nd and 3rd procedures, but even the first surgery was satisfying enough. Being able to breathe through my nose is what matters ㅠㅠㅠㅍ Still, there is still not enough skin, so they couldn't precisely match the position of both nostrils, and I am scheduled for a second surgery next year. I know from experience how severe my condition was and that there is no single-shot solution, so I am so grateful to Goksaem for always treating me so carefully. I don't want them to become too famous, but I am leaving this post because I understand the feelings of people who, like me, are desperate or have extremely severe nose problems:)
