The reason the consultation felt less professional was that when I first went just for an initial consultation without booking surgery, there wasn't much detailed explanation about osteotomy or nose tip binding. But when I booked surgery and then had an additional consultation right before the operation, they explained things in detail. Everything else was good too, and they gave several options; they had their own answer as a doctor, but they didn't force it too much. Everyone was kind and the hospital facilities were good. But if the patient doesn't already know a fair amount about nose surgery, the consultation may feel insincere.
