My mind keeps feeling unsettled because of nose removal, but the staff and the director are all so kind. The director is very conservative, and I understand what people mean when they say he prioritizes safety over aesthetics. People having their first surgery or revision surgery may find that unsatisfying, but for those who are stressed about removal, I recommend going for a consultation.
