My nose seems to have turned out pretty well. I do have a bit of a greedy feeling that maybe it would have been nicer if it were a little higher, but it really became a very natural high nose. My bulbous nose was improved a lot too. But honestly, if you really like something flashy, I would not recommend it. It seems like it would not be the style you like very much. Still, after the surgery, people keep telling me my nose is pretty.
