The front desk staff were the kindest at this place. Their words and guidance never felt awkward at all, and I could feel that they were genuinely treating the patient with care. I had seen a lot of posts saying the director was very kind, so I had high expectations, but he seemed the most cynical. Maybe he was busy that day, but the consultation felt like it took less than 5 minutes. There wasn't even a wait, but still... it wasn't a professional consultation, which was disappointing. Because it felt like they wouldn't pay detailed attention to post-op care either, I couldn't make it my final choice.
