During the first consultation, maybe I didn’t communicate my needs well, but they suggested using custom silicone and ear cartilage. Maybe because I went when they were busy, it didn’t feel like they were especially kind during the consultation. Since this was the only place that told me my septal cartilage was small, I decided to go for one more consultation. For the second consultation, maybe because I went during the last weekend time slot(?), the doctor was really kind, smiled, and asked why I had come back. I said I was scared of side effects from using silicone and wanted to do it without an implant, so the doctor showed me photos of implant-free procedures they had done, redrew the line for me, and was so kind. I trusted that they would do it the safest and best, so I decided on them (surgery using only ear cartilage)
It’s been a little under 2 months since surgery now, and they did the nasal tip well, with no step-off, matching my needs and making the nasolabial angle pretty! If natural-looking results are what you want, I recommend it!! More than anything, since they didn’t touch my nose much and only worked on the nasal tip, there was almost no bruising or bleeding And they didn’t put cotton in my nose, so there was no pain either!! My mom and younger sibling saw it and said they want to do it too, so I’m proud
