I think this is a place where the consultation manager has a good attitude. They touched my eyes directly and thought in advance about what kind of surgery would be good, and checked things like the thickness of my skin and how much my eyes open. I took it positively. The director was also nice. They kept asking if I had anything else to ask.. But the way they marked the line was so painful.. I teared up a little.. The consultation manager explained all sorts of things in great detail, including whether to fast on the day of surgery, precautions, and other things I hadn’t heard elsewhere, so I liked that..
