The doctor is kind, the receptionist is kind. The rest? A complete disaster, that’s all. They performed a surgery to raise the tip of my nose with the septum, and even after 6 months, when I submitted an ENT diagnosis to show there were functional issues, they still wouldn’t 인정 it. They kept insisting it wasn’t their fault. Thankfully another hospital fixed it really well, but if a family member asked me to go there, I wouldn’t recommend surgery itself, and I’d never send anyone there even if I died and came back to life. The nurses are truly clueless, and playing music in the operating room was bizarre, seriously.. I thought they were amazing at being awful. They throw surgical equipment at the patient’s body, it’s a truly shitty hospital. Their words are all smooth, but you can see they just lack experience rather than caring about each patient’s design. Please be really careful, everyone. And when you go for follow-up visits, there’s one completely rude manager there, so if you have a short temper, please say a prayer before going. Even if they offered to make a statue for free, I would never choose this place.
