I consulted at several places, but overall this one was the best. I consulted with Director Kim Ki-wan. The consultation was done in the order of manager-doctor-manager, and including the 30-minute wait, it took over 2 hours. The manager's consultation was specific and focused on the clinic's strengths. Then they took photos on a tablet and, during the doctor consultation, did a basic design over the photos. I liked that there was an explanation of the basic materials and a detailed explanation of the surgical method that would suit my nose. At the final manager consultation, they explained the cost, and at that point the pricing, with options added one after another like Porsche options and then discounted later, did slightly reduce my trust in how the fees were set. I did think the price might have been higher or lower if I had consulted with a different manager. Also, because they do general anesthesia as standard, an anesthesiologist is on site, and I was told that even though this is my first surgery, autologous costal cartilage can be used. I was told this is used when the septum is bent and they can't properly design the nasal tip, so it's burdensome but does have pros and cons. After considering the overall consultation, surgery reviews, and the surgeon's experience and reputation, I finally decided to have the surgery here.
