The staff are unbelievably kind. They also have so much integrity that if contouring alone won't solve the problem, they recommend going to another clinic to get jaw surgery instead. If it had been an unethical clinic, they probably would have just told me I didn't need jaw surgery and pushed contouring instead. It's worth going for a consultation at least once.
