I had a chin consultation with the chief director, and after he felt my chin, he told me not to do it. He said that on the photos the nerve line was already sloping downward, but more importantly, it was the kind of chin that didn't need anything done to it. That really left an impression on me, and I thought he was very honest. He said there was already almost no angle left... I had gone because I was being greedy and wondered if I could become prettier.
Actually, I had also consulted elsewhere, and while there were places that told me I didn't need it, there were also places that tried to recommend overly aggressive surgery. In the end, I decided not to have chin surgery and have been living well ever since. I think I made the right choice not to do it. If I had, I think my face shape would have become too sharp and excessive.
