Eye Surgery Considerations

Chiyu community review

The purpose of the surgery was to improve my hump nose and drooping nasal tip, and I prefer an extremely natural look. So we decided to file down the hump without an implant and put cartilage in the nasal tip. When I told the consultant that, she said Director Park Yu-gil is good at that area. There was little waiting, I had a CT scan, consulted with the consultant, and after a little while the director came in and consulted with me. He explained how the rhinoplasty would be done. He said my septal cartilage is small, but he would try to do it using only septal cartilage, and would use ear cartilage if needed. He said osteotomy was optional. He said if osteotomy is done, the bridge of the nose would be cleaned up a bit. Since the skin on my nasal bridge is thin and the bone shows easily, I think he meant refining that part. I emphasized an extremely, extremely natural look, so I said I wanted an almost straight line that drops down from the nasal bridge. But he said making it slightly straight-to-curved would be okay, considering it will drop later. He did not recommend a very straight-to-curved line, but recommended making it slightly lifted. He emphasized the nasolabial angle. He said cartilage needs to be placed up to the nasolabial angle area so it will not droop. When he said this, he said what matters to him is preventing revision surgery, and that if he makes it slightly higher than the line I initially want, I will still be satisfied after all the swelling goes down. The review photos matched well with what I was aiming for. CCTV viewing is available. The consultant is good at sales? She makes you book… lol Anyway, it matched well with what I was aiming for, so I booked and came back.

At first they quoted 4.5 million won, I think, but if I booked today and agreed to review photos, they lowered it to 3.7 million won.
