I went in for a consultation because I wanted contouring, but since it was non-face-to-face, I didn't get a separate price estimate. The manager was kind. About two weeks later, they sent me an email with the video file password and a link to download it. I liked that they spoke honestly and objectively. I think I'll think it over and decide.
