If they recommend the nose during a chin consultation, think carefully. Honestly, I don’t think they have much aesthetic sense.. I had only the nose tip done along with square jaw surgery, but they made it way too high, so I ended up with a pinched nose + beak-like nose + deviated columella, and another hospital removed it for me. The doctor said it was well done, and if I still didn’t like it, they would remove it or do a revision after two months.. I was stunned that they called that well done, and I couldn’t bring myself to lie back on that operating table again. When another hospital opened it up, they said it had been done with septal cartilage + donated dermis (Alloderm) too. There was no brief explanation to the patient about what material had been used for the surgery, and it was basically just, “Let’s make it as high as possible.”.. I obviously couldn’t get a refund.. Even right before surgery, the consultation in front took so long that I had to wait forever, and after surgery when I was struggling, they laughed and told me not to act like I was pretending to be a critically ill patient. During the consultation with the manager, since I was coming from the countryside, they said staying overnight would be okay, so I naturally thought I’d go back after one day, but on the day of surgery they discharged me immediately, and I had to take the last late-night bus home.. I had watched YouTube too, but I think many people come here based on that.. I hope you also refer to the reviews written here! For anyone planning surgery, I hope you don’t go through what I did and that it turns out well. I suffered a lot from severe depression..
