- Doctor friendliness: They were extremely kind, and I had quite a lot of questions, but they answered each one well. They took photos of my face with an iPad, looked at them together with me, and explained while drawing, which was good. - Consultation expertise: They reflected my opinions well about the areas I wanted surgery on, and explained everything, including the incision location and surgical method. I liked that they didn’t recommend areas I didn’t want. - Staff friendliness: Overall, they were kind. But it felt like kindness strictly as staff members? Personally, I was satisfied. - Hospital facilities: The hospital facilities were outstandingly good. Everything was clean overall, and they took CT scans a total of 3 times; the clarity was on another level. The nerve lines and other structures were really clearly visible, so it subtly gave me trust. - Surgical expectations: They explained in detail and seemed confident, so I got the feeling they would do a clean, good job.
