I went along when my younger sibling went for an eye consultation, and it left a strong impression, so I'm writing this. Actually, I'm someone who doesn't know much about eyes, but I went because my younger sibling asked me to come with them. Both the director and the manager stood out to me for explaining things in detail. If I were a plastic surgery doctor, honestly I'd probably avoid talking about side effects and skirt around them, but here they focused on the eyes, explaining what condition the eyes were in, what surgery method they would use, what side effects there could be, and what symptoms might appear after the surgery. It was impressive how honestly they looked at it in that way. I thought they really know a lot about eyes, and my younger sibling said that person had a lot of experience. The line they drew suited my sibling well, and the manager was also comfortable to talk with, so the consultation felt good. My sibling consulted at about 3 places, and this place, the last consultation, was the one they liked best, so they made a reservation. But it also surprised me that there were more people than I expected, so just a heads-up.
