The manager was very kind and experienced, like an older sister from the neighborhood. But I couldn't really trust the doctor. He said not to expect too much and seemed annoyed, so it was awkward to even ask questions.. He looked extremely busy. The line he designed was just so-so.. Experience and seniority are not always an advantage.
