I went in for a lower blepharoplasty consultation. First of all, the desk staff were rude, and there was a 5,000 won consultation fee. The consultation with the director was so-so. It felt more like he answered questions when asked rather than explaining things first? He seemed honest. The consultant manager was also honest and friendly. I went for a consultation for my parents, so I was glad there were older people waiting there. I had already decided on surgery, but because of scheduling issues I asked to be connected with the consultant manager, and it was a little concerning that I couldn't get in touch well, so I'm going to put it on hold!
