First of all, the waiting time wasn’t very long. I first met with the manager for a consultation, and when I told her I came thinking about revision eyelid surgery, she looked at my eyelid line and immediately identified the exact problem I had thought of, saying this part is a bit lacking and needs to be corrected, which I liked. I was also able to see the director right away without waiting long. But I was disappointed with the consultation with the director, so I took this hospital off my final list. First of all, he was very kind and there were no particularly uncomfortable parts, but at other hospitals they point out the eyelid line several times, while this director only pointed it out once, so there wasn’t much said about what kind of line I should have. And instead of giving a clear answer about whether it should be ptosis correction, incisional, or buried method, he spoke somewhat vaguely, so my trust.. He only talked about things the patient can already sufficiently understand, like eyelid-opening strength, and the consultation lacked professionalism, so I thought communication with the director would be disappointing if I had surgery here, which is why I removed it.
