The director I wanted was busy so I went with another director, but even looking at eyelid-surgery reviews, it was just so-so. The director wasn't exactly kind, more like a neighborhood neighbor. Maybe because of my eye shape, he recommended a lot of different things. He was good about accepting my opinions. Even with a reservation, the wait was similar to other large hospitals. I had a hard time because I was told they were pressuring me about the reservation deposit. They do not pressure you about the reservation deposit. I don't think I would have surgery there. The manager is very empathetic and nice, but I don't like the director.
