The doctor’s explanation was fine, but the manager was a bit ridiculous. It was the first time in my life I ever confronted someone about it. I usually wait even if the wait is long.. I’ve been the type to put up with it even when other clinics made me wait an hour. I made a reservation and called to confirm, and they said they had surgery so it might be a little late. I asked how many minutes, and they said about 30 minutes late, so I said okay and went.. but when I talked to the manager, they said something like they didn’t know whether the doctor would even be able to consult because of surgery, which was kind of absurd. I went expecting a consultation with the doctor of course.. I confronted them a bit, and they said okay and took steps to handle it, but it was still a little late. While I was waiting, I saw other people cancel and leave. If they’re not confident, I wish they wouldn’t accept consultations. Other clinics don’t seem to be like that..
