Let me just tell you the facts. 1. Buried sutures: the line came out well (I wish I had only done buried sutures) 2. Upper canthoplasty: I ended up doing it on the director’s recommendation (I had liked my original eye shape) (not the chief director) After the surgery, my expression changed to a much harsher one. I’m looking into a revision clinic. I had done the upper canthoplasty because I was told it would make the eyes look brighter, but if I don’t wear colored contacts, my eyes look slightly cross-eyed (the white on the inner side is much more visible than the white on the outer side, so my eyes look crossed). My eyes got bigger in an ugly, stupid way... It’s really awful. My inner canthi show too much too, and when I complained, they said that the inner canthi were visible before too... If that’s the case, they should have told me beforehand that surgery could make them show even more. It was absurd. 3. Nose (hump, ear cartilage) At first, all I asked for was to shave down the hump part. The director looked at it and said we should match the hump line, add ear cartilage, and do the nasal tip too. He said that would make the nose look shorter and improve the protruding lower jaw. After surgery, because my original nasal bridge was already high, my nose became way too high and looked obviously operated on. The nose line also ended up with only the tip rounded, so it looked like a Snoopy nose. I became a neat-freak about noses. At least the clinic says they’ll provide aftercare. I plan to remove everything. The staff at the clinic were fairly kind. The director who performed my surgery felt like the type who can only do one style. He can’t do plastic surgery in a way that suits the face. And he didn’t give specific explanations about complications either. My nose also became crooked, and now that I think about it, what’s ridiculous is that only after I had already paid the full surgery fee did the director look at the CT scan and then mention that the nose might look crooked after surgery. It was already the day of surgery and I had already paid, so I went ahead trusting the director, but the result was so disastrous.... The mental damage is beyond words. (The surgery cost is only an approximate pre-discount amount because I agreed to keep the discounted price secret; it is not exact.)
