Eye Surgery Considerations

Grida Review

A hospital where only the manager is kind... even one star feels too generous. The wait time was 30 to 40 minutes, but I don’t think I saw the director for even 10 minutes. As soon as I went in, they handed me a toothpick for the line and told me to try marking what I wanted myself. Why should I be the one to mark it? From other people’s reviews and even the review booklet there, I saw that they usually help with in-out, out, and all sorts of things, but here they just marked the same line height two or three times and that was it. Was it because I went alone? I’m not asking them to mark it dozens of times like in other reviews, but they should at least be sincere. The manager first asked me to write things on the consultation form, but didn’t tell me everything written there, didn’t ask if I had any questions, and then left saying to wait a moment. I didn’t even know that was the end of the consultation. When I said it was absurd and asked if it was over, they told me to book another consultation if I had more questions. I don’t know what exactly you’re supposed to trust when deciding on surgery.. If someone is coming in later for follow-up, is it okay to do a sloppy consultation? I didn’t even know how the canthoplasty would be done or whether it was possible, but what I wanted was outer and lower canthoplasty, yet the manager came and wrote front canthoplasty on the consultation form, which I don’t understand at all. They never even mentioned front canthoplasty to me. How they plan to pull it and how much they plan to pull it by, I don’t know, so what exactly are you looking at when deciding this.. Everyone says they were kind, so I’m suspicious that I went to a completely different hospital. I’m so dumbfounded I can’t even speak.
