The rhinoplasty I was most satisfied with among the cosmetic surgeries I've had. Even during the consultation, the director used illustrations on my face to predict how I would change and carefully explained what could be improved and what wasn't possible, so I decided on the spot. They also used donated rib cartilage additionally during the surgery. It turned out to be a nose that's straight but natural? It really came out exactly like that. But I keep thinking that I wish the tip of my nose had been just a little higher.
